Build fails when -no-qml-debug and -qtnamespace configure options are used

    Description

      It throws a lot of errors which seem to have duplicated namespace. For example:

      c:\qtbuild_59\qtdeclarative\include\qtqml\5.9.3\qtqml\private\../../../../../s
rc/qml/qml/qqmlobjectcreator_p.h(74): error C2027: use of undefined type
'Namespace::Namespace::QQmlAbstractBinding' (compiling source file
compiler\qqmltypecompiler.cpp)
