Qt online installer has an empty tooltip

      In Qt Online Installer in Windows (at least), Qt Setup screen screen has an empty tooltip for "Qt for Device Creation". Suggestion: Add text "Qt for Device Creation" to make it look similar to other tool tips at that level.
