QuickControls controls have issues in high DPI screens

Run the QuickControls gallery example as a UWP application on Windows 10 with a high DPI screen (4K monitor with 200% scaling). The example shows issues in check boxes, drop down buttons and spin controls, with graphic elements like arrows and check symbols being show smaller than expected (see screenshot).
