Provide the dat files used by the 3rd party input methods within the Qt resource system

Provide the dat files used by the 3rd party input methods within the Qt resource system. This will make it easier when it comes to the deployment as it will mean that they are already provided and do not have to be deployed separately (which neither of the tools do currently).
