The differences between ScreenResoultion and HighResolution printing needs to be better documented.

We have stuff in the printer documentation that are blatant lies. Esp. the paragraph which says you don't have to do ANY scaling or transformation when printing. In fact, you HAVE to when printing on a HighResolution printer.
We need some explanation of that and possibly an example of how to do it. Contact Lars for an explanation of the differences.
