      Hi there.

      I found a few cases of a weird cursor view in case of changing a scale factor of UHD monitor under the OS Windows 10.

      I attached a small project that helps to reproduce the problem.
      I attached a small video that clarifies the situation as well.

      I tried the same application under last version of the OS X and everything works well as I expected.
