Resizing a window using QtWebEngine is rather laggy. In particular, there is a white 'flashing' on the corners of the window before Qt catches up and redraws in the new space covered by the expanded window.

In this case, I used the 'minimal' example to open a 'blank' HTML page with the body's background color set to black.
