Regression: Sorting QTableView columns resets their size

      Up until 5.9.4 on Windows, sorting a QTableView column didn't reset the column widths or positions. Now with 5.9.4, if you change the column sizes and/or reorder the columns, sorting will reset both their widths and positions.

      Attached is a small test program. I haven't tested on Linux, but the problem occurs on Windows 10 and does not happen on macOS.
