Network tests on Windows are flaky

    Description

      It's almost impossible to get anything through qtbase integrations right now. One of the worst causes of flakiness are taskQtBug5799ConnectionErrorEventLoop and ioHttpRedirect.

This is the highest possible priority for requirements.
