Tumbler has no means of setting currentIndex without animation

The Tumbler control in QtQuick Controls 2 appears to provide neither:

• the ability to set the currentIndex without animation
• access to the underlying ListView so that you could possibly use positionViewAtIndex()

If that is indeed the case, it is impossible to use the control in forms where an existing selected value should be presented to the user without experiencing a 1 second delay while it scrolls to the position represented by currentIndex.

Tumbler needs something like positionViewAtIndex().
