QNetwokAccessManager fails on localhost with network down

When trying to do a http request to localhost, I always get "network access disabled" error when the LAN connection goes down. One should never affect the other. i can reproduce it by simply unplugging the network cable. Plugging in back makes the network interface go up, and requests to localhost go through without problems.
