Popups cause protocol error on weston 3.0 with xdg-shell unstable v6

      Launch qt creator (qt.5.10.1) on weston 3.0, open any main menu and than the submenu
      observe the crash:

      zxdg_shell_v6@21: error 2: xdg_popup was not created on the topmost popup

      Please note qt examples -> widgets -> mainwindows -> menus works without issues
