tst_QOpenGLWindow::resize is flaky on wayland (with Intel graphics)

    Description

      The test is flaky because of an upstream bug in mesa egl (dri2) https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105507

      Until this is fixed, we should probably blacklist/skip all tests that use opengl and close after resizing.
