QKeySequence::AddTab not working for both combos on KDE

    Description

      According to the documentation both ctrl+t and ctrl+shift+N should trigger teh AddTab Action when running on kde. In reality only the ctrl+shift+n sequence works. I have attached a simple application that you can test this with.
