Port central role support for QtBluetooth using DBus BlueZ

Details

    Description

      The task is to implement QLowEnergyController central role support using the DBus API in BlueZ. This requires at least BlueZ version 5.42. If a BLueZ version below 5.42 is detected the existing, from BlueZ seperated custom GATT stack is used.

      The reason for the Bluez version restriction is that the required DBus API's were not stable before 5.42.
