When a project requires dumpcpp then it will make the output dependent on all the object files which causes them to be rebuilt if the output changes

      When a project requires dumpcpp then it will make the output dependent on all the object files which causes them to be rebuilt if the output changes. This is unnecessary as it should only be dependent on the files that include the generated header files.
