macdeployqt fails on local linked framework

      Qt version 5.10.1 in /usr/local/Cellar/qt/5.10.1/lib

      quickly, I have a local framework (python3) which is correctly linked as 

      `/usr/local/opt/python/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.6/Python`

      but macdeployqt try to look in 

      `/usr/local/opt/python/lib/Python.framework/Versions/3.6/Python`
