windeployqt deploys x64 qt files for x86 platform

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add msvc2015_64 path to system PATH variable.
      2. Launch msvc2015\bin\windeployqt.exe for x86 binary.

      Result: it deploys x64 version of QT from msvc2015_64 folder.
