QFileDialog does not correctly honor the locale for "Date Modified" with LC_TIME=en_DK

    Description

      QFileDialog shows dates in the DD/MM/YYYY format in the "Date Modified" column while I have LC_TIME=en_DK, so that the date format should have been YYYY-MM-DD (ISO 8601). It seems to take LC_TIME into account since the date format changes if I set it to C. But it is not just correct.

      Test done with /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/examples/widgets/widgets/imageviewer/imageviewer under Debian/unstable. Bug reproducible with VLC.
