Regression: QML-defined enum values sometimes reported as undefined

The attached example demonstrates. It works correctly in the normal case, but fails when running with QV4_NO_SSA (make sure you delete the disk cached file between runs).

This can also be triggered in more subtle ways – for example the optimizer doesn't run for functions with more than 300 statements, so if a function grows, at a certain point enums just stops working.
