ScrollView bounds behaviour should adapt to current style

qqc2 ScrollView already abstracts away ScrollBar/ScrollIndicator adapting to the current platform. It would be very useful to have the "bounds behaviour" follow this pattern.

For example, when the Material style is used, the bounds should behave according to the Material Design Guidelines. Currently ScrollView always applies an iOS-like rebound effect that is out of place on other platforms.
