Windows 10: Specific fonts ignore semi-bold weight and render it as bold instead

      When using some specific font, (i.e. OpenSans, https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Open+Sans?selection.family=Open+Sans) and rendering text with Semi-Bold version of it, it is rendered exactly as the bold font is rendered. So the font weight is basically ignored in this case.

      This issue is not present when using FreeType font engine, and the issue is limited to Windows 10, on Windows 7 it does not reproduce.
