tst_QLocale::systemLocale() fails

    Description

      It fails when tst_QLocale is run, but succeeds if it is run on its own.

      Example failure:

      PASS   : tst_QLocale::formattedDataSize(C-Decimal-1234k)
PASS   : tst_QLocale::formattedDataSize(C-Decimal-1374k)
PASS   : tst_QLocale::formattedDataSize(C-Decimal-1234M)
PASS   : tst_QLocale::bcp47Name()
FAIL!  : tst_QLocale::systemLocale() Compared values are not the same
   Actual   (QLocale().language()): C
   Expected (QLocale::Ukrainian)  : Ukrainian
