Licensing issues distributing doc_src_qtdatavisualization.pro

When I was doing a copyright review in order to upload the Data Visualization module to Ubuntu, I found one file which I am not able to distribute in Ubuntu: src/datavisualization/doc/snippets/doc_src_qtdatavisualization.pro

The license header states:

This either needs to be corrected or I'll have to not include this part of the module in the package.

All other licensing looks good.
