Google privacy reminder popup is not rendered properly

The content of the "privacy reminder popup" seems to be "tiled". See the attached screenshots. The mouse events are handled as it would be rendered properly: clicking on the rendered "small" button won't click on the actual button you should move the mouse cursor to the expected position to click. 5.10 works as expected. I assume this is a bug introduced by the 65-based update.
