Description
With https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/225929/ we disabled masked tiling from Chromium, but since they enabled it everywhere, and they have no command-line option to disable it, this option will probably go away for us soon, and we need to implement handling of it delegated_frame_node.cpp
This is the relevant upstream bug https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=567293 and this change seem to be what they did in chromium renderers to make it work:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/5e6bda5447afa39cc476898bcdd2ee560b1620bc%5E%21/ though this appears to depend on pre-existing support for masking, which we don't have either
