Cursor handle/indicator position and visibility is sometimes wrong

To reproduce:

Start the lineedits example.

Put focus to the "Echo" line edit (notice cursor handle is visible and at correct location)

Click "A" on VKB

Observation: Cursor handle disappears

Expected: Cursor handle should be visible

Click on the "Mode" Combo Box

Observation: Cursor handle is shown at a ridiculously wrong location.

Expected: Cursor handle should be invisible
