qsTr does not seem to work in Qt.labs.platform Menu

    Description

      It seems like Menu titles that use localization with qsTr are not shown.

       

      In the screenshot, the menus that have a title do not use qsTr, the empty ones do. This does not seem to be the case for MenuItems. Also this was not the case in Qt 5.9.4
