Menu and tool bar not showing up correctly when using OpenGL on 4K displays

I created a small test problem that replicates the issue. It has a main window, a menu bar, and a toolbar. The central widget is a QOpenGLWidget. On my regular desktop it shows up correctly, but on a laptop with 4K display something weird happens. The file menu appears to be hidden under the window's title bar and thus not visible. Even stranger, you can still select menu items by clicking where the menu ought to be. I emphasize that I've only seen this with apps that have all three: menu, toolbar, and QOpenGLWidget.
