Installer / Maintenance tools: Use multi-thread extraction please !

    Description

      Please enable multi-thread extraction in the installer / maintenance tool. The packages are 7z so this would be quite easy as it already supports it.

      When installing 5.10.1, my system is using only one core at 100% and my SSD is not busy at all...
      (using offile package qt-opensource-windows-x86-5.10.1.exe)
