[regression] Qt3D locks up on Radeon

    Description

      Trying to run e.g. Scene3D example. The application initialization takes a long time and eventually Windows watchdog for display driver kicks in (TdrDelay) and restarts the driver. After few tries the example application gets blocked by Windows:"Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware".

      This is with -opengl desktop via configure. If used as -opengl dynamic ES 3.0 is picked even if QT_OPENGL=desktop is set. (Laszlo: I don't get this problem though, -opengl dynamic uses desktop OpenGL just fine, it's just that it then all locks up)

      Note that I've had a lot of issues with the card and Qt3D and Qt3DStudio.

       

      Tested official packages. With 5.11beta4 packages driver crashes and with 5.10 works fine.
