tmp/rcc/debug_shared and tmp/moc/debug_shared deleted when doing sbs CLEAN

      Running sbs CLEAN for a project will delete the above directories which then means that moc and rcc build steps will fail, as they do not create the directories that are required for output.

      Might be caused by the Qt FLMs, might be caused by Raptor version. It doesn't work for me on 2.11.0, but others report it's OK in 2.9.2 - maybe a change in Raptor between those versions caused that problem?
