    Description

      I installed qt-opensource-windows-x86-5.9.5.exe on windows 7 pro 64-bit.

      I configured with the options:

configure -make-tool mingw32-make -opensource -confirm-license -release -static -strip -c+std c+11 -no-compile-examples -no-qml-debug -no-ssl -no-openssl -no-opengl -skip script -skip connectivity -skip serialport -skip multimedia -skip gamepad -skip location -skip webengine -skip winextras -skip xmlpatterns -skip charts -skip quickcontrols -skip quickcontrols2 -skip sensors -skip serialbus -skip webview

During compilation I get the following error:

      ASSERT: "isAbsolutePath(baseDir)" in file C:/Qt/Qt5.9.5/5.9.5/Src/qtbase/qmake/library/ioutils.cpp, line 106
