Blank panel for data visualization

      Session uses wayland

      Qt Surface example, that uses data visualization, when built using Qt5.11rc, on Fedora 28 under a wayland session and then run from the command line using

      ./surface -platform xcb

      results in the application being displayed correctly, but the data visualization being shown as blank panel  (see attached).

      Given the CSD issues with running applications using wayland-egl, running using XWayland seems sensible, but this defect is preventing that route for applications using Data Visualization.
