Fix skipped/blacklisted winrt autotests

    Description

      Some winrt auto tests are skipped/blacklisted for now, as we want to have some coverage, before fixing the remaining issues. At the moment the following tests contain skips/blacklisted tests for winrt:

      • some opengl related tests (due to winrt's ANGLE usage)
      • some text related tests
      • network tests (completely): Hard to reproduce locally at the moment
