[REG] Items fade out from MapItemView when modifying underlying model

      Since the Qt 5.11 RC 1 release MapItemView items fade out when the underlying model is modified. The problem seems to be that the wrong item is removed from the map. When the z-index of the wrongly removed item is changed then the item appears in the map view again.
