In tree view, hit-area for drop between items is too small

Drag and drop to move an item between two other items needs very precise mouse movement making this very user unfriendly.

QAbstractItemViewPrivate::position uses a small hard-coded value that controls this; unchangable for us, unfortunately, from the application side.
