QWebEngine Select controls open in wrong position after resizing window

I am seeing the same behavior again in our application with Qt 5.9.5 (also in 5.9.2), despite being fixed in a prior version of Qt. See former bug report. The HTML Select control's content renders in the wrong position if you resize the widget after initial page rendering.

You can also open an HTML select control, and resize the widget while the control is open, and you will see the select control's content remain in a fixed position while the context moves away from it.
