Adjustable timeout in Maintenance Tool

Hello,

I am behind a company proxy which renders me unable to use the maintenance tool.

The company proxy will check unknown files for viruses. If the file is clean, the download may continue. During the check, the maintenance tool does not receive any bytes. For larger packets, like Qt creator, this ends in a timeout. Interestingly, when I retry the download, the download URI seems to change such that the proxy does not recognize the file and downloads and checks it again.

While using the offline installer is fine, I can basically not update my installation at all.
