QMacStyle is not app store compliant

Qt 5.11.0

mac os 10.13.4

 Using or not this option leads to automatic rejection from the mac app store (I submitted twice using and not using this option and got rejected both times with the same feedback).

A workaround would be to target a previous version of QT (5.10.1), however we would miss all the new features and performance improvements of the latest version (5.11.0).

I am not having any combobox in my app and the issue seems to be related to the qmacstyle_mac.mm file.

Your app still uses or references the following non-public API(s):

framework: '/System/Library/Frameworks/AppKit.framework/Versions/C/AppKit'
: OBJC_IVAR_$_NSComboBoxCell._buttonCell

The use of non-public APIs is not permitted on the App Store as it can lead to a poor user experience should these APIs change.
