[macOS][REG 5.10.1->5.11.0]: When the tabbar is on the south part of a QTabWidget the tabbar is too far down and not overlapping as much as before

When the tabbar is on the south part of a QTabWidget the tabbar is too far down and not overlapping as much as before. In the example attached it should be nearer the middle but it is closer to the top of the T. It can be more prominent in a more complex example, but this illustrates the difference sufficiently enough.
