QPA wayland-egl: Window full-screen operation stop working

    Description

      The QT5.9.5 is built with wayland-egl as the default QPA.
      The problem was observed initially that the showFullscreen() does not take effect.
      Then we run the analogclock to confirm that the fullscreen operation does not work while the window resize is still working.
      The same application works well at QT 5.7.1.
