Qt Applications Crashes Wayland Gnome Shell

      Qt 5.11

      Using Fedora 28, with the default Wayland and Gnome Shell
      Start the Qt Example "Qt 3D Advanced Custom Material"
      Navigate to 'Gnome Activities Overview' by moving mouse top left
      Press print-screen
      Gnome shell is closed, all open applications are closed without being saved and user login screen is shown.

      This behavior is not observed with other Qt Example applications.  This behavior is not observed under XOrg.
