QTabWidget: background-color style sheet property doesn't have any effect

Setting background-color on QTabWidget does not have any effect.

Test steps:
1. Create a populated QTabWidget.
2. Set its background color with setStyleSheet() using a rule targeting QTabWidget.

Expected behavior is to have the area behind the QTabBar belonging to the QTabWidget to be colored accordingly.
