Description
In Windows, when setting the Segoe UI Emoji font as the substitution font for a font, and using an emoji, the emoji is shown as black and white. When using on a different widget the substitute emoji font (Segoe UI Emoji), then the emoji is shown as expected with colours.
I have attached some snapshots and a code sample that replicates the issue.
