Substitution Emoji font used in black and white in windows.

      Visual Studio 2015 with Qt 5.7.1 or newer (tried up to 5.11)

    Description

      In Windows, when setting the Segoe UI Emoji font as the substitution font for a font, and using an emoji, the emoji is shown as black and white. When using on a different widget the substitute emoji font (Segoe UI Emoji), then the emoji is shown as expected with colours.

      I have attached some snapshots and a code sample that replicates the issue.
