Add possibility to include "feature files" for each module to meta-boot2qt

      There should be a feature file for each module.

      The feature files include the -feature and -no-feature flags belonging to that module. They should be added to the qmake call when building.

      If there's no feature file, no extra arguments are passed to the qmake call.
