Export configuration in qt-config-gui

The result of the exporting should be a "global feature file" that includes the configuration flags that enable/disable features for a qt5 supermodule build.

That file is not the same as config.opt, since it does not include all configuration options stored in config.opt, because for example paths to cross-compiler differ across machines.
