move testsupport out of webenginecore

    Description

      Currently we have private feature "webengine-testsupport" which is defined in webenginecore-private, however used in webengine-private , this implies dependency on webenginecore-private.

       

      Move the feature to webenigne-private to get rid off webenginecore-private dependency.
