When starting to show a drawer on a touchscreen but letting go before it starts to appear on screen it will still act like it is visible

      When starting to show a drawer on a touchscreen but letting go before it starts to appear on screen it will still act like it is visible. As a result it will block input to anything outside of the drawer, even though the drawer is not shown on screen. If the touch is released further into the window then it works fine.
