    • QML Changes in Qt6

    Description

      This tasks tracks tasks and bugs which relate to language and engine level changes that are necessary to make QML more amendable to tooling, as well as those which make QML easier and more fun to use.

       

      This involves various categories:

      • offering easily analyzable alternatives to highly dynamic parts of QML
      • aligning the language with the ECMAScript standard where it makes sense
      • adding API to integrate QML better with C++
